Each booking platform (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) has its own cancellation policies, which each guest agrees to upon reserving.
Direct bookings and agency reservations are subject to payment terms described in an official email from innatapatagonia.com.
Failure to comply with these terms will result in charges as stated in the cancellation policy, depending on the case.

Breakfast is usually included in the rate, unless otherwise stated in a lower-priced offer.

Innata Casa Hostal: We work with a trusted third-party taxi service for airport transfers.
Payment is made directly to the driver based on the agreed fare.

Lodge Innata: We offer transfers to and from the Pampa Guanaco airstrip for a cost of 15,000 CLP per trip.

Innata Casa Hostal: Parking is available for our guests, but space is limited.
For safety reasons, vehicle owners must leave their keys at reception in case a car needs to be moved in an emergency.

Lodge Innata: We offer ample parking space for our guests.

Innata Casa Hostal: As a general rule, we do not allow pets, except for certified service or emotional support animals.
If this is the case, the pet’s behavior is the full responsibility of the owner.
However, we maintain this policy to avoid allergens that may affect the health and well-being of our guests.

Lodge Innata: We also do not allow pets as a general rule, except for certified service or emotional support animals.
In such cases, the owner is fully responsible for the animal’s behavior.
Additionally, we are committed to protecting local wildlife, and the introduction of foreign animals could disrupt the natural ecosystem.
